New 8-Plaited Dinghy Pro is used for just about any low stretch application. It impresses mainly with to its compactness, dimensional stability, and minimal water absorption.
TECHNICAL DATA
Pre-stretched 8 Plait Polyester and Taslan blended cover gives a great new feel along brilliant holding in cleats and clutches. Very low stretch, just 2.3% at 15% of Ave. break load. The woven 32-plait polyester sheathing of 8-Plaited-Dinghy provides UV and abrasion protection, and the polyester core keeps the rope compact and dimensionally stable.
Use 5/32″ for windsurfing downhaul and outhaul, dinghy control lines.
Use 3/16 for dinghy control lines, windsurfing boom inhaul, dinghy halyards.
